CEO and Co-Founder
Mia co-founded HRK, with her father Pat Vache, in 2004. She brought with her over 10 years practical experience in human resources administration, recruiting, and benefit design and analysis. She enjoys working with small organizations across all sectors, providing human resource support, training in management and leadership, and guiding her clients to success through sound human resource and talent acquisition practices. On the weekend, you will most likely find her engaged in an outdoor activity, finding time to see her college aged kiddos or catching a Sounders match!
Mia earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a master’s degree from Seattle University.

Co-Founder
Pat has over 40 years of leadership, executive management and ownership experience with small to midsize organizations. Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration; which eventually led to the co-founding of HRK.
Pat has also devoted many years to the nonprofit and local government sectors. He has served as President for the City of Redmond Council, and some of his volunteer duties include service as the Board of Director’s President for Hopelink, President of Kiwanis Club of Redmond, Board Chair Redmond Chamber of Commerce, Founding Board Member of OneRedmond Foundation, and as a Founding Trustee for the Lake Washington School Foundation.
On the weekend you will find Pat working in the yard and attending grandchildren’s sporting events, unless it is Husky football season – then you will find him at the game! Go Dawgs!

PHR, Partner
Growing up in a military family, Trish spent many years calling places such as Hawai’i, Guam, Panama, and the Philippines home.
Being immersed in various cultures has given her great appreciation and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Trish partnered with Mia & Pat in 2007. She has successfully helped our clients implement agile HR processes and conducted trainings that align with their overall business strategy. She is extremely passionate about mentorship, development, and growth. She is a student of continuous learning, not just in people operations, but also in discovering ways that empower and uplift those around her as well as the communities we live in.
Trish earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and an MBA from Baylor University.

Sr. Consultant
Marne is a certified HR Professional with over 20 years of experience. Her skills include managing employee relations, recruiting top talent and helping companies achieve workplace compliance. As a Sr. Consultant, she supports businesses with their HR needs. Marne has a double degree from WSU in Sociology and Spanish. She has been involved with the local community as an Ambassador for the Woodinville Chamber, as a Board Member for the Bothell Kenmore Chamber, and is involved with several women leadership groups. Marne has two daughters, Julia is going WWU and Natalie is at Bothell High School and in her spare time she loves to kickbox and hang with friends and family.

Sr. Consultant
With over 20 years of experience in HR, operations, and executive support, Jill has built a career around helping people and organizations work more smoothly and effectively. She takes pride in being both strategic and hands-on when needed, all while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
Most recently, she led HR and operations for a Seattle-based, statewide nonprofit, where she wore many different hats - everything from employee relations and office management to contracts compliance and treasury support.
Jill’s background also includes work as a paralegal and executive assistant, so she understands what it means to be a trusted right hand to leadership.
Jill attended the University of Montana (Go Griz!) and holds a SHRM-CP certification.
Outside of work, you’ll find her cheering on her family in their various pursuits or listening to audiobooks while walking her dog.

Consultant
Cathy joined HRK in July 2023 after a break from career retirement in 2020. Her primary background is in sales and marketing, with the majority in technology sales for notable, local tech companies. She was looking for something new to keep her mind challenged and satiate her desire to help people; she has found HR to accomplish both.
Cathy has lived in the northwest nearly all her life, went to the University of Washington, and has lived all over the eastside and Seattle areas. She and her dog love to get outside and explore all of the northwest’s wonder and beauty.

Chelsea has been with HRK for 3 years with over 8 years’ experience in the HR field. In her career she has supported startups and small companies in various HR roles, recruitment, benefits administration, and payroll. She enjoys working with companies to provide human resource support and helping them find efficient ways to succeed.
On the weekend, you will most likely find her watching her son play basketball and exploring trails with her two pups.
Chelsea earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Eastern Washington University.

Denise has been with the HRK team for over 2 years providing our clients with top-notch recruiting management and support.
She is a graduate from the University of Washington with a BA in Business. She went back to school to receive a master’s in Teaching and has taught elementary school for 12 years.
Some fun facts about her- she loves basketball, food, plants, reading, and daily exercise.

Jr. Consultant
Morgan Joined HRK in January 2024. Morgan graduated in June 2024 from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She is going back to school to get her Masters degree in Business to further her experience in the field.
When not working, Morgan enjoys doing various arts and crafts, baking, being outside and hanging around animals and friends.

Past Practice Director
Lynn has more than 27 years of accounting experience and has worked in multiple industries. Lynn earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington. In her career she has worked in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger.
She was a controller for 16 years and managed an accounting staff of six.
She enjoys learning about new businesses, working with them to develop an accounting system that is efficient and time saving for the business owner.On the weekend you would most likely find her quilting, camping or cheering on her grandson at swimming and flag football.

Practice Director
Julie joined HRK in March 2022. Julie was given the opportunity to move into an accounting department as a teenager in 1992 and never looked back. After running her mother’s and her own business for over 17 years, she decided to return to the corporate world. Julie had been referring HRK to these corporations and watched their bookkeeping business grow steadily. It was time to jump on board. Julie enjoys working with small businesses, setting up their books correctly, cleaning up data, creating and streamlining processes, allowing for timely, accurate reports, so business owners can focus on what they do best – run their business.
Julie loves to travel, see friends, family, and to catch up with her kids.

Brandon has been with HRK since 2021 and has more than 12 years of accounting experience in multiple industries. Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in business/accounting.
In his career, he has worked in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger. He enjoys processing payrolls, setting up businesses in QuickBooks, and creating reports within Excel.
During the Spring, you find him volunteering his time umpiring Little League Softball and Baseball games.

Renae joined HRK in June 2022, bringing a wealth of experience cultivated over decades. She began her career in the architecture and engineering sector becoming a Certified Design Firm Administrator. Since then, Renae has provided essential bookkeeping and HR services to a diverse range of clients, including innovative tech startups and vital non-profit communities. Renae is passionate about helping businesses run seamlessly, allowing owners to focus on what matters most.
When Renae is not playing with spreadsheets, she loves to bake, kayak, and travel, not always in that order.

Molly brings more than 30 years of financial and management experience. Molly has been fortunate to work with a variety of companies to help their teams thrive, from international firms and corporate Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. She has an accounting degree and MBA from Seattle University.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family - husband of 30 years, three children, and a grandson. On the weekends, you'll find her cheering on her daughter's sports teams. Giving back to community is something Molly values, and she volunteered as a Girl Scout leader and with the animal rescue group Resilient Hearts. She love animals and training her three rescue dogs is a joy. Molly also mentors business students and Seattle University.

Jr. Consultant
Jack joined HRK in March 2024. Jack brings 5 years of sales and management experience and is excited to be supporting HRK’s bookkeeping/accounting team. He is pursuing an associate degree in Business through Cascadia College, with plans to transfer to UW Bothell for his bachelor’s degree.
He enjoys managing A/P and A/R, processing payrolls, cleaning up books and filing taxes. Outside of work, you can find Jack outdoors; either camping, mountain biking, paddleboarding or running.

Sr. Consultant
Kevin joined HRK in May 2025. He spent the first 26 years of his career, primarily in product development and product line management, in multiple industries ranging from OEM automotive to semiconductors to aerospace. He has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in Management of Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is also a certified Master Project Manager.
In 2016, Kevin began pursuing his passion in the wine industry, starting in winemaking, moving to tasting room and winery operations, and then ecommerce services. In 2024, he began working for wineries independently, offering Direct to Consumer (DTC) Operations consulting services, before joining HRK.
In his free time, Kevin is an avid cyclist and generally enjoys spending as much time outdoors in the PNW as possible, whether it’s hiking, hunting or just hanging out.
Our History
May 2025
Continuing our expansion of services, we have launched Winery DTC Operations Consulting as a reflection of the importance of the wine industry in the PNW. In addition to creating this entirely new offering, we look to expand our existing services into the wine industry.

We are thrilled to announce that we are now a preferred provider of APS Payroll. APS Payroll is a cloud-based HR and payroll platform providing accessibility to key payroll and HR workflows for optimal efficiency and productivity.
September 2022
HRK Advisors, LLC, our new business name is launched to more completely reflect the expansion and growth of services throughout the years.
November 2017
To address a continued need, expressed by many our our HR clients, we launched our Accounting, Bookkeeping and Payroll Services.
June 2017
The company obtained women-owned certification through the Washington State Office of Minority & Women's Business Enterprises. Our certification number is W2F0024956
March 2017
We expanded our partnerships within the Veterinary community to provide Relief Services. We now have an expanding team of Veterinary Technician and Assistants ready to provide coverage as needed. This program has continued to grow and we are thrilled to provide this service.

Trish Williamson, a part of HRK since almost the beginning of the organization, is brought into leadership as a member-partner.
January 2007
In order to increase the recognition of our company’s services, we began doing business as HR Kinections, LLC. There was an intention to be explicit in the service we provide, while recognizing the familial relationship of the organization, hence “kin” in the new name. We have always valued the relationships and connections that we have with our clients, team members, and the communities where we live, work, and play. HR Kinections seemed to capture all that we were seeking.
June 2004
Bravo Zulu Solutions, LLC was started and registered in the State of Washington in June of 2004 by daughter - father duo, Mia Wyatt & Pat Vache. The organization was established to provide HR consulting services to local small businesses. Pat served in the Navy and with the concept of doing good work in our minds, Bravo Zulu which is a naval signal, conveyed by flag hoist or voice/radio, meaning "well done", was the perfect name for our company.
